Return Policy

Here at Nash & Ivy we want you to love your pieces you purchased but we of course understand that not everything works out. 

Items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the original purchase date with a receipt. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A RECEIPT THE RETURN WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. We will not lookup the receipt for you. It must be present at the time of your return. 

All items must have the original tags and be unworn/unwashed to become returnable. Items must be in the original packaging to be returned. 

If the item/items appear to be worn we are not able to accept the return and you will have to keep your item/items. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded so be sure you love your items at the time of purchase. 

All Hats are final sale for obvious sanitary reasons. Thank you for your understanding. 

All sale items, purchases that were used with a discount code are final sale.
